Terms of use

By creating an account, accessing, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy, which describes how we handle personal information. If you use the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to use the Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service includes software and documentation licensed by QEDGE AM from RealFintech Limited. Except where mandatory law provides otherwise, your use of the Service is governed solely by these Terms and your relationship with QEDGE AM; nothing here creates a direct contractual relationship between you and RealFintech.

FR Copilot is a research workspace that combines conversational tooling, document ingestion, retrieval, and optional usage-based billing. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue features; where reasonably practicable we will give advance notice of material adverse changes that affect paying customers.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis, except where applicable law does not permit that disclaimer. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

You must provide accurate registration information and keep it current. You are responsible for all activity under your credentials. Notify us immediately at legal@qedgeam.com if you suspect unauthorized access.

We may apply allowlists, email verification, or administrator approval before granting access. You agree not to: (a) use the Service unlawfully or to violate third-party rights; (b) attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of our systems or other users' data; (c) interfere with or circumvent security or access controls; (d) mine cryptocurrency, send spam, or run automated scraping except via documented APIs we expressly permit; (e) use the Service in violation of applicable export-control or sanctions laws.

You retain all intellectual property rights in data, documents, prompts, and other materials you submit ("Customer Content"). You grant QEDGE AM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, process, transmit, display, and create technical derivatives (such as indexes and embeddings) of Customer Content solely to operate, secure, and improve the Service for you, consistent with our Privacy Policy.

You represent that you have the rights needed to submit Customer Content and that doing so does not violate confidentiality, licenses, or law. Model outputs may be incorrect; you are solely responsible for reviewing outputs before use in trading, investment, compliance, or publication.

We and our licensors own the Service, including software, branding, and documentation, subject to goodwill you retain in your own Customer Content. Except for the limited rights expressly granted here, we reserve all rights.

The Service and any outputs are notpersonalized investment, trading, legal, tax, or regulatory advice and are not an offer or solicitation to buy or sell securities or any financial instrument. You must obtain independent professional advice and comply with your firm's policies and applicable law before acting on information produced through the Service.

Where you purchase prepaid credits or subscribe to paid features, prices, taxes, and payment terms are presented at checkout or in your order documentation. Usage-based charges may apply per assistant interaction as described in the user manual. Failure to pay may result in suspension or termination of access.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, neither party will be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenues, goodwill, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service—even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

Except for your payment obligations and either party's indemnity or confidentiality breaches, each party's aggregate liability arising out of or related to these Terms or the Service will not exceed the amounts you paid to QEDGE AM for the Service in the twelve (12) months before the claim (or, if no fees applied, one hundred Hong Kong dollars (HK$100)).

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations; in those cases our liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law.

You will defend, indemnify, and hold harmless QEDGE AM and its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from any third-party claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to Customer Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of law or third-party rights.

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you materially breach these Terms, create risk or legal exposure, or for extended inactivity where permitted. Provisions that by their nature should survive will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnity, and governing law.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Subject to mandatory local law, you consent to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Hong Kong for disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service.

Assignment. You may not assign these Terms without our prior written consent. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.

Entire agreement. These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy and any order form you execute with us, constitute the entire agreement regarding the Service.

Severability. If a provision is unenforceable, the remaining provisions remain in effect.

Notices. We may send operational or legal notices to the email associated with your account. Legal notices to us should be sent to legal@qedgeam.com.
